Below is a streamlined checklist for your next travel meet:
Swimmers should be responsible for swim equipment. It is never OK to say, for example, "My mom forgot to pack my race suit." Find a corner and spread your things out neatly. Carefully check to see if you have everything. Tell your parent if you are in need of anything.
SWIM BAG

- Race suit
- Parka
- Water Bottle
- Snacks
- Towel
- Sharpie/cash for heat sheet
OVERNIGHT BAG
- Warm up suit
- Tennis Shoes
- PJs
- Toothbrush/Toothpaste
- Personal items (contacts, medicines, undergarments, hair-ties, etc.)
- Book, Music, Phone, etc.
COOLER
- Snacks like apples, raisins, nuts, powerbars
- Water, energy drinks, chocolate milk
- Sandwiches
ATTITUDE
- Focus

- Thankfulness
- Excitement
