Travel Meet Checklist



Below is a streamlined checklist for your next travel meet:  
Swimmers should be responsible for swim equipment.  It is never OK to say, for example, "My mom forgot to pack my race suit."  Find a corner and spread your things out neatly.  Carefully check to see if you have everything. Tell your parent if you are in need of anything.

SWIM BAG
  • Goggles x 2
  • Cap x 2
  • Race suit
  • Parka
  • Water Bottle
  • Snacks
  • Towel
  • Sharpie/cash for heat sheet
OVERNIGHT BAG
  • Warm up suit
  • Tennis Shoes
  • PJs
  • Toothbrush/Toothpaste
  • Personal items (contacts, medicines, undergarments, hair-ties, etc.)
  • Book, Music, Phone, etc.
COOLER
  • Snacks like apples, raisins, nuts, powerbars
  • Water, energy drinks, chocolate milk
  • Sandwiches
ATTITUDE
  • Focus
  • Calm
  • Thankfulness
  • Excitement
